Problem with main menu after fixing hack

Hello guys. One of the sites I put together for our church was hacked (not sure when because I handed the site off to someone else to maintain after I put it together) but I was made aware of it today. I was able to get my site going again and get rid of the nice little home page they had made for me by upgrading to Joomla 1.5.x and reinstalling my templates BUT now my main nav bar is gone and I can't figure out why. (My head hurts) Any ideas?
