    Joomlaboard. Good or bad component?

    • Hello Rocketteers!

      I'm thinking to add a forum to one of my site with carbonation template. Since the SMF template is not realise yet, I was looking for another option for good integration. I've found only Joomlaboard but a lot of review are bad about this component; issues, no update, etc.
      If you used or are using this component, what are you thinking about it? It work good with 1.0.11?

    • Joomlaboard seems to work just fine with 1.0.11. I have had no problems.

      However, there seems to be a security vulnerability that SMF doesn't have. As long as I don't have any information that I don't want hacked, a regular backup works for me. I have been hacked two times and with a backup I'm back up in a very little while. After that, I change my passwords. I'm looking forward to a new version that fixes that, though.
