Problem Validating URLS valid generated

Hello,
I am validating a site developed using Joomla 1.5.6 reachable at the address
www.davideloporto.altervista.org/index.p...y&catid=56&Itemid=57
My problem is that in some pages I get encoded URLS of this type:
<form action=" www.davideloporto.altervista.org/index.p...y&catid=56&Itemid=57 " method="post" name="adminForm">
the error type is:
Reference to entity ... for which no system identifier could be generated
in general joomla produces an URL of this type:
Good <a href=" www.domain.com/cgi?x=123&y=456 ">
instead of the correct one
Good <a href=" www.domain.com/cgi?x=123&y=456 ">
The error is signaled on line 181 of the page.
Can you explain me how to solve the problem?
