HELP!! - Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]

Hello people,
Can someone please help in here.
I was trying to UNINSTALL jomfish 2.0 via administrator page and I got the following error:
Warning: require_once(/home/albp/public_html/qarkufier/indrit/components/com_joomfish/helpers/defines.php) [function.require-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/albp/public_html/qarkufier/indrit/administrator/modules/mod_translate/mod_translate.php on line 15
Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required '/home/albp/public_html/qarkufier/indrit/components/com_joomfish/helpers/defines.php' (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/albp/public_html/qarkufier/indrit/administrator/modules/mod_translate/mod_translate.php on line 15
I know this is a joomfish related issue but I registered in there and they have not sent me the activation link YET. I can not wait for that and obviously I see the support in there it will take a long time.
All I need to do is get rid of that component + module and get back to my site.
Here is the live site: www.qarkufier.gov.al/indrit as you will see it is OK. When I login to admin page I get the above error.
