Intense Debate commenting system on your Joomla 1.5 site

- I've completed the above mentioned steps, but do not find, the button for inserting the comments system to the end of an article. I've gone into an article to edit it, such as "logo editing" in the sample data and attempted to add the comments system to the bottom of the article, but do not see a button to add it with. My button however is enabled.
