hey i figured it out dude for you and me!!
create menu item say "Contact Category Layout" then in Parameters (Component) select show or hide to respective options you want and walla done!!

Nice work....this is what I wanted to do.......I also wanted to know if I could change the headings but that may be too hard...but this is good enough for now.
