    • Anyone know of a good, reliable webhosting company that handles Joomla 1.5 and is good with working with novice joomla webmasters?

    • Well, i assume you can read Swedish so maybe this host will suite your needs: www.swedenet.net/web/content/view/15/31/
It has gotten good reviews on the Swedish Joomla forum and i think the owner of the company hangs there aswell :)

    • i uses to use swedenet and i didn't really like if i'm honest - to many caps and a not very good backend system (not cpanl ewhich is what you'll get with most people)

if you're looking for someone in sweden, then you can try loopia

otherwise if you're just after something cheap but reliable, try www.bluehost.com - they were my first ever host and i keep my account out of loyalty - they are really very good and at $7 a month and host as much as you want - it's not bad either

    • :D :D

My husband's last name, not mine! The last name sticks out here in the states, but it's very common over there, I'm told. :D

    • damo:

They use Fantastico and cPanel like most providers...

I guess Loopia would work too :P Never heard about Bluehost before i think, worth checking out i guess.

      Johanna:

Yeah, Koskinen is VERY common in Finland so i assumed you were from there :D

they didn't use to have cpanel, but i used them a while ago

but the limits they have are a little restrictive anyway

    • I am a fan of Rochen and about to test Hostgator, which many people seem to like for cheaper Joomla hosting...but Rochen is my primary for shared hosting and they will so long as I joomla. ;)
