    Photoshop vs Fireworks

    • Are there any real advantages of using fireworks to design web layouts, over photoshop? i.e. simplicity

      I have tried in photoshop before but it has been a bit of a stumbling block.

    • Though they say that you can compress images much more in Fireworks, I must have something set wrong...can get the file sizes about 75% smaller using PhotoShop's 'save for web' feature...end up editing RT source files using FW, then open with PS to save them much smaller...wish I knew why. :)
