    • Hi all,

      I am fairly new to Joomla so please bear with me, I need all the help I can get.

      How can I add a Rokbox link to an image that is in an article using Tiny CE.

      Here is the code I found on the Rokbox demo page.
      {rokbox title=|Vauxhall VXR8| size=|450 271| thumb=|images/rokbox/demo/vxr8_thumb.jpg|}http://www.blogsmithmedia.com/www.autoblog.com/media/2008/05/vxr8_newhi012_450-op.jpg{/rokbox}

      I installed and enabled Content - Rokox under Plugins. Then edited the "business assesment" article and added a link to the image. Where in the insert/edit link options menu do I add the code for Rokbox. Or is there another method I should be following?

      I found that you supposedly can not run plugins through Modules but I found this article with code that allows you to do it.
      there is one possibility to get the rokbox work in a mod_custom.

      on my site on the right modules you can see it in work (after a few weeks i got them to work... Grin)

      i put this code in one of my modules:

      My question is how can I make this work inside the tabbed modules of Rokslide.

      But I'd really like to use the title=|title :: description| option that you get when using the {rokbox}...{/rokbox} command

      Anyone got any clues?

    • Thanks for looking into this.

      I just found out how to work with the manual method of using Rokbox with HTML rel code and it seems to work pretty well.

      I even found that there is an easy way to create Rokbox rel links using the JCE editor and downloading its advanced image editor plugin. Its quick easy and well worth the money.

      My only problem is using the wildcard * for a folder of images using a slide show. Rokbox does not seem to understand wildcards using the rel URL. Until that is worked out I will use a flash slide show. It would have been a quick and easy slide show if you could use a wild card * for a folder of images.
