Recommend "light weight" Firewall & Anti-Virus Software for Vista x64?

Okay, so I am behind a rock...still using my trusty (and now crusty) Norton Corporate Pro and ZoneAlarm for my anti-virus software and firewall suite, respectively. I think both of these bad mammajammas consume a lot of resources, so looking to advice on some lighter options.
I do like each, though, having absolute confidence in both...Norton Corporate has been godsend, catching lots and lots of junk as I troll the internet; and I really like ZoneAlarm's alerts telling me when anything is trying to use a port/internet connection/system files, etc.
I am about to blowout my old laptop to pass down and get the new laptop setup(new as of 6 months ago, but haven't cared to use it due to 64-bit Vista being on there with a ton of junk and no restore disks or vanilla vista disks), so thinking now might be the time to try something else...
So what are all the cool kids using nowadays? ???
[edit] Ahhh, more joys with Vista...finding out that nearly all of my software isn't playing nice with the x64 version. - Last Edit: 16 years 6 months ago by Terp.
