Photo Gallery - pulls images from a directory

Is there a good extension out there that will create a nice looking photo gallery that all you have to do is upload the images to a directory and the gallery is automatically created?

I went with Simple Image Gallery and it's pretty good - still have a lot of organizing and fine tuning but this is the site I'm working on:

If you had read Roxbox documentation you would have seen this syntax
{rokbox album=|myalbum|}images/stories/food/*{/rokbox}
to display multiple images from a directory

I saw that code in the documentation.
Now for a newb who's still R(ing)TFM, where do I place that code.
