    'Firebug' for IE

Posted 16 years 6 months ago
    • Starting to build my first 'real' site about six or seven months ago, I downloaded FireFox jsut to see what it'd look like in 'the other browser'.

Once I started using FireFox, especially since it has FireBug, there was no looking back.

However, I've became frustrated when someone asked what was wrong with their site in IE and there was no way to 'peek under the hood'.

Another member suggested using this a while ago and I've just started using it: www.debugbar.com/

It lacks a few features that FireBug has, for example, being able to preview changes live.

(Please correct me if I am wrong)

On the other hand, it does have a few features that FireBug does not, automatic screen shot / e-mail creation, color picker, etc.

Anyway, just thought I'd post this as an FYI.

If you've got something better please reply!
