Hello,
What type of form are you looking for?
There is a built in Contact form in Joomla. Otherwise if you need something custom, you can check out the Forms on the Joomla Extensions site: http://extensions.joomla.org/index.php?option=com_mtree&task=listcats&cat_id=1828&Itemid=35

Mike pointed out that Joomla can already make your basic contact form.
But if your looking for some more advanced forms, I've had success with Joomla Forms (Philaform). It costs, but its not too expensive and can do just about anything you want it too.
