    Presenting One-Time Image

    • I want to present a new user with an image, a JPG "coupon" upon first login, and only then.

      I am thinking that it has to be a module, because then with MetaMod, I can use the CB fields to detect the number of logins.

      Anyone have a recipe for this situation?

      I am thinking RokZoom, MetaMod, but am open to other ideas for sure.

      I'll also look at RokDownloads/Pro and post back.

      Anyway, I am finding that RokDownloads is working OK, except that I want to use the module, and not necessarily have the Component on a menu, but the file doesn't show in the module, unless the Component is published on a menu...interesting...

      I also need to mod the component to reflect the CB registration URL, not the standard one, but can't find the call to com_user anywhere in the code.

      I'd appreciate any pointers.

    • Publishing to a fake, unpublished menu seems to enable the module to work.
