Hi,
I'm new to this forum, so I would like to ask if anybody knows if there's a software that could customise news pages similarly to demo.rockettheme.com/jul08/index.php?opt...view&id=86&Itemid=44 . I mean a software that reads RSS, follows the links in the category and downloads articles and images. Any ideas? Thanks.

Do you mean, import RSS feeds and turn them into articles? Id so, Feed2Post is a possibility.

Thank you for your reply. But I think that Feed2Post is doing only a part of the job. I'm looking for a program that follows the links in the RSS and downloads the full articles, including images. I found something like that at www.newsgrabberjc.ru/ , but it's a Russian software and the licence is valid only for 1 year.

Feed2Post will grab everything, but most feeds are now using intro text.
I like the fact that you can set custom queries with Feed2Post, then setup a cronjob to pull the feeds into content and publish them, so just another vote for Feed2Post. 
If you find something better, please let us know....

I'd recommend Feed2Post as well. It allows you to grab the entire article, post where you want, and set the username.

- ...only wish is that they would add the copyright info like Feedgator does; perhaps I'll splice something together, but out of the box would be nice. (unless they added it since I last played with it).
