almost done first template but one small issue

Hello everyone,
I am almost done with my first joomla template ... www.societedereferencementprofessionnel.com/ but I have one slight issue...
If you look at the homepage and the submenus on the right... when i click on a sub menu the top module "faites appel ..." disapears... but when i do the same think in the offre tarifaire page

it says...
I want it too stay on the homepage too, what did I do wrong ?

As it seems to me, the banner is assigned to assigned to user2 module position.
You can go in module manager in admin back-end and locate the module and select it for all menu items - Quick tips::
1) Clear your browser cache if changes dont reflect
2) Provide link to your site to help us help you better
3) Use in firebug

I was saying about user2 module position and not banner position - Quick tips::
