- just paid for the PHPBB3 themes but i cant see the phpbb3 forums ?

- Your permissions look fine. Are you sure you can't see the forums? You shouldn't need to do this step, but logging off and back on can't hurt.

  I just cleared cookies and logged back in. I still only see the joomla forums.
  
  And no PhPbb3 forums.
  
  I can donwload the phpbb3 templates.

- When logging off it is best to close all browsers windows to be sure all session cookies are cleared.
