Borders around logo and rocket logo images

I have never had this problem in IE 7, but I'm getting borders and an "X" around my updated logo and rocket logo that I recently uploaded/updated. Firefox doesn't show any of this. I attached the pic below.

You have links to these two images:

www.ceoready.com/blog/templates/rt_hivemind/images/logo.png
but your logo is in images/light directory and blank.gif is missing in /images folder. - Yves

I'm a little lost with this issue Yves. Could you explain what I should do to fix images? I'm not sure where the bank.gif came from. I think I have looked to long at this issue so I am missing something here.

Update: I have removed the rocket.png and checked for any blank.gif but cannot find any file named that. Firefox doesn't show the boxes. Can someone please advise?

Sorry, I'm not usually this dense. But where do I copy it from or copy it to? From the source files?
Please just a little more explanation. What happened to cause these issues?

I think I finally fixed it guys--thank you. I couldn't find the blank.gif attachment in Yves' post so I had no idea of what file to use.
