Odd Ordering Problem

I cannot seem to find out why my ordering isn't correct . . . any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
As you can see, in my admin, they are the way I want them...
But if you go to my site (volksfans.com) they are in a different order.

- Under your menu item for the page in question, you need to change Parameters (Advanced) >> Category Order to "Order" ... and / or Parameters (Advanced) >> Primary Order to "Order"

I have this same problem in Main Menu order of items in main menu. In the Menu Item Manager the order is what I want, but in the live site, the order is not the same. I've saved the order (little disc icon on column top) and re-numbered the articles by hand as well as used the green arrows to re-order them, but nothing works.
When I open the article in Article Manager, Parameters (Article), (Advanced) and Meta information, but there is no "Category Order" nor "Primary order" setup. In the Article Manager there is Parameters (Article) and (Advanced), but no order-setup in either.
I only have Parameters (Basic), (Component) and (System) for each page for the page Menu item and no "Category Order" nor "Primary order" setup there either.
Some of the items in the menu are articles, others are components. I am on Joomla 1.5., Synops template. Would really appreciate any ideas!!

- I think you're confusing your MENU ITEM manager with your Article Manager. If you're looking at a screen similar to the one in the screenshot above, you're looking at your Article Manager.

Not confused about that. I at looked at both the Article Manager and Menu Item Managers for any clues.

Neither one gives me any access to solve the menu items order. I don't get why and how that happens?
