      I have managed to solve whatever the problem was by downloading the latest build of JoomlaPack - joomlapack-2.1.b2. I should mention that this is not the latest stable version but beta 2.

      WAMP does not seem to like the module RokSlideshow very much which makes the site on Localhost freeze sometimes but this could be that my computer is not powerful enough to run it!

      However, I am happy to confirm that JoomlaPack now works straight out of the tin.
