File Sharing type Component

Hi everyone, recently, I installed DOCman. After having successfully changed the settings to suite my needs, I head off to the page I'm using DOCman with to give it a try. After having uploaded my file, I come to the page where I have to enter the File's deatils.
Sadly, the page seems to be stretched all over the place, and there's not even a Submit button in site.
I was wondering if there are any other components which provide the same type of features, but actually work?

- Docman works great, I use it here. Sounds like you might need to mess with the default stylesheet however.

Will have to give it a little tweak if I can come to the bottom of it, however.
Also, although this is a little off topic, how do I go about downloading SMF themes. I understand that you are finishing the service, but do I have to go about paying for the SMF club, because I couldnt see any download links anywhere.
