Integrate existing design into Joomla

- Ok, I know there is no way I could ever out design the awesome templates that Rocket Theme has put together. However, I currently already have a great design for one site that I want to use, but it's currently not built into the Joomla CMS. Are there any guides or tutorials anyone knows about in regards to developing an existing design into a Joomla based web site?

AFAIK, there's no 'easy way' to transfer from another CMS to Joomla.
What most people do is install the template using the Rocket Launcher, with or without the sample data, then copy and paste their data from the old site to the new one.
You can use and extension called 'Add Mass Content', available at joomla.org, this will allow you to add up to ten Articles at a time to Sections or Categories you've created. - Thanks,

- Ok, its not another CMS I am talking about. Its just a standard HTML web site that I really like the design, so I'm wondering if there are tutorials or methods for showing me how to take that design I'm already using in HTML, and attaching it to a Joomla web site.
