    • Our government is "trialling" the same thing right now. I put a short message in the debug of my home page about a month ago. "Say NO to internet censorship in Australia - defend your rights at No Clean Feed Australia "

      The other problem with this sort of control is that a partial list of blocked sites was leaked to Wikileaks, and in effect what the Government has done is to create a list of child pornography sites for anyone who's interested. And as a matter of interest, the list also contained sites of legitimate everyday businesses who were since forced to build new sites with new hosts and new domain names, the list also blocked political opinions.

      Looks like the entire Western World is now following China's lead.

      I highly recommend anyone interested in these matters to follow Wikileaks on Twitter .
