    Direct link to one module?

Posted 18 years 4 months ago
    • I'm new to Joomla. I was wondering if there is a way to link directly to one module from a browser? So that only the one module appears without any header or other data?

      example http://www.some_joomlasite_.com/index.php&link=user1

      Or something like that?

    • I appreciate the response. I thought it was a long shot since the modules need the index to create them.

I'm open to ideas if anyone has any on the subject though.

    • What so you mean by no header information?

The way I do it is create a static content items then publish the module to that page. Then you can link to that page in anyway you want.

    • If I remember correctly, you have to link the static content page to a menu, then if will show up as position on the right hand side of the module's configuration screen.

Time to create page: 0.058 seconds
