how many people enable the cache setting global configuration? If so, what time do you set it to?
Also, if you enable it, does this stop you clearing cache manually, or do you have to wait for the allocated time that you set in the settings?. The reason I ask is because I made some changes and clearing the cache made no difference, and then about 15 minutes later [funnily enough the default setting] everything works okay. - http://www.Oscarfishlover.com - the website for great Oscar Fish advice and help

- if your site isn't getting updated all the time, the cache is fine to turn on. i think i have it at 900 on a few sites where i get a decent bit of traffic but the sites are n't getting updated that often ..
