We just applied for a registered TradeMark for "because You're Addicted!" It's a tag line we use on all our sites and we felt it worth while to protect it.
I am interested to know if anyone here has any experience with trademarks or if anyone uses either the ™ symbol or a notice of trademark to protect a name on their sites.
