Forms to deliver custom output on frontend?

Hi guys,
I need your help!
I am looking for a form that website users can input text and images that will be displayed on the frontend exactly how I want them. That is, user inputs will include titles, dates, links, description. So all users need to do is fill in a form with those details, upload a picture that automatically gets resized and everyting appears on the frontend in a standardized way.
Any ideas? I've been stuck on this for days!

Seems like you are caught between users adding content and submission forms....
Have you searched the JED or tried searching or posting on joomla.org? - Thanks,

I found some components that claim to be able to do this by linking information you put in to their forms directly to a template layout that user can pick. On the demo sites there is a selection of template layout user can choose from. However, the frontend result looked like rubbish and not all of these components are free.
So there really is no solution for this that's good enough to be used.
