From what I can see they aren't doing anything wrong.
Btw Adobe rocks I don't know what I would do with out photoshop.
And Adobe owns Macromedia so there goes flash, dreamweaver, fireworks everything.

- Check trickgaming.org/ , the owner used to be a friend of mine until he got really jelous and angry at me when I had a much better site than him so he took all of the technozine code including my site modifications and made it a non joomla template... you cant see much of technozine anymore because he now changed many things again.

Lucky for you that so many of us know (and love) your work - and can recognize it when they see it. That was a very good catch.
When I had some people copying my photos and would not remove them - I contacted their web hosts and the sites were removed instantly. Just a thought. Violates TOS.
Although my work does not even come close to yours - I have found people copying my graphics I created from my own bird photos, etc. for my own site - even though they were marked copyrighted. Far worse that they are teaching people to create your template! People amaze me.
