reinstalling website

- One of my websites seems to still have the Iframe Trojan somewhere on it. I just can't find anywhere in the files. I was wondering, if I make a complete duplicate of the database, save all my images and then make a fresh install, replace the database and images, will that work?

As suggested in other posts, you may want to check your computer.
If some type of virus or Trojan exists there, no matter how many times you try to duplicate the DB and start fresh, if there's something on your machine, you'll get caught in a loop of uploading a bad site / data to your host.
What you suggest looks like it'll work, just check your computer before you try. - Thanks,
