    • Hi moderator,
First I want to apology for my poor english.
I want to ask about membership entitlements, my membership only have 3 entitlements and now i'm using it to make 3 website, 2 of them are commercial and 1 is not (social site)

My question is should i submit which site I make using rockettheme?
As i know the social site is not count as entiltlement, if it's true it means I still have one entiltlement.

      Thanks.

    • Hello,

The non-profit site benefit is a bonus of any membership type, there are no special registration requirements for non-profits, just proceed as normal. It's not counted in your entitlements.

    • If I read the terms and conditions correctly, the social site must be a legally registered non-profit organization in your country to qualify. Otherwise it is still counted as one entitlement even if it is a non-commercial site.

    • Yes, in regards to utilising the benefit, the bonus is on you to identify if you are a non-profit, as certified by the law in your country. If you are aware of your non-profit status, you can proceed in using the unrestricted template usage provision of our license.

In summary, if you are a non-profit organisation, verified by law, you can use the non-profit benefit of the license.

    • Hello,

I am currently a $75 subscriber and my counter says 5 entitlements? I am currently using only 1 template, solarsentinel and it is for our church which is non-profit which I was told did not count towards my entitlements. I now am creating a website for U.S military veterans. Can I use my entitlement for this project? I need to know asap please.

      Respectfully,

      Richard

    • Yes, you have 5 entitlements. So, you can use the templates (same or different) to 5 commercial domains/websites. NPO sites will not be counted in the entitlements, but you can use the templates on NPO sites too.

    • Hi,

      We have the following websites:

www.deutsch-kurzhaar.ro - our personal website for the kennel we are running
www.hunting-africa-safari.eu - hunting services in South Africa
www.forum-vanatoare.ro - personal website whose target is to create a community of hunters

www.web2seo.ro - our portal dedicated to the Transylvanian Scenthound - the target is to create a community of lovers/breeders/owners of this breed and to make the breed popular. This shall be launched soon and will be moved to its domain as soon as it will be ready.

Please let us know which counts as NPO website and which doesn't so that we could know how is our entitlements status.
      Thanks.

If none of these are legally registered as NPO, then you've used four entitlements, 'personal site' are not considered NPO unless they are registered as such.
Non-Profit Sites: Non-profit sites are not counted towards concurrent extension usages. A non-profit site is defined to mean that it represents a legally registered non-profit organization in the country of its origin. If you site does not fall under this definition, it is not considered a non-profit by RocketTheme.
