i take the alexa rank quite seriousley but are there ways you can manipulate it or to put it another way help get it increased?

Alexa ranking is based on the number of visits on your site. If you generate visits, your ranking will be better. I use autosurf programs to generate visits like this one:

I can generate between 360 and 420 visits per day.

For sure you have to do something
Just open the rotator in your browser. For every site you open(it's automatic), you earn 1 credit (every credit is one view of your site). In this program, if you want 20 000 credits/month more a ratio 1/6 with the rotator, the cost is $9.00/month.

After reading this whole thread, i have decided NOT to take Alexa seriously anymore

After reading this whole thread, i have decided NOT to take Alexa seriously anymore
okay. that came out all wrong it's not the ranking i taking seriously but getting my site to be the highest in it's specific category i do. the thing is i've had a site for 18 months and in december it became the highest alexa rankof about 10 sites so i publicised the fact. then in little under a month the 'percieved biggest' all of a sudden jumped 10,000 places to go back to number one after not really moving for 18 months. so they've done something and i'd like to ... i dont like coming in second. so if anyone knows any tricks. please let me know
