Was curious at to what are some reputable VPS Providers out there. I think it's time to swtich to a VPS server, but I'm really not sure how much RAM I should be getting, and who I should go with.
I was planning on going with
Servint
on the recommendation of a few members here, Joseph Halleck and Gollum, I think. It was in a forum thread about a year ago. They look reasonably priced with nice features.

I'm still planning to go with them. I'm working on several sites right now and will move them over to Servint probably at the beginning of next month. You might search for Joseph Halleck or Gollum and see if they're still happy with Servint.
"Rochen’s Managed Virtual Server (MVS) solution is designed as a stepping stone between our reseller plans and a full Managed Server. If your site is too large for a regular shared hosting server or your are looking for extra flexibility then a Managed Virtual Server (MVS) is likely a very good match."
Peace out,
