Watching acitity of back-end users..?

hello
I hope to find an answer in here, as there're many professionals on this forum
I've got configuration problem with some commercial extension, and the support asked me to give them access to the back-end, so they can check it and maybe change something.
The site is almost ready to go, we've spent about three months at it. I'm a little afraid to give access to anyone, as they may put some unwanted code to my files.
Is there any component or plugin, that registers activity of back-end users, so I can see what excatly were they doing?
