Recovering Site after lost Domain

  • Recovering Site after lost Domain

    • I have a site that was at www.360sell.com . I am hosting with Siteground and using one of the older Rockettheme templates.

Currently its back end is accessible at:

      siteground126.com/~c360sell/administrator/

However, I cannot access the front end:

      siteground126.com/~c360sell/

The siteground tech support tells me:

"I have checked the configuration of Joomla application and it seems to be correct with the server URL for your account. However I was not able to understand why exactly your application front end is still not working. I suppose that the template you are using is developed to work only with you domain name. Since I am not a Joomla developer I cannot help you further.

Please contact the developers of your template for more information how to resolve the issue. You can also try changing your template to a default one.

Another possible cause of the issue may a component/module which requires your domain name to work properly. Please carefully check all used components/modules and disable the ones which may be related to the issue."

In particular, I need someone to help me access and reset on another url, my SugarCRM scrip and database that is installed on the site. Can anyone hep me???

      Thank you.

    • RT themes have nothing build in to them that require a live domain name as opposed to a temporary one.

Have you tried troubleshooting by working through all the steps that tech support sent you?
