Adding CSS to separate HTML page.

- I have uploaded a separate HTML file into my main directory. I'm going to create a wrapper around it so it displays as a normal page on my website. how can I apply the template CSS to this HTML document?

Put a link to the CSS file within the head section of the page to use the CSS styling for example
<link rel="stylesheet" href="xxx/xxx.css" type="text/css" />
