Hey Guys not sure if this is covered in any forum but I really the bubble window " i'll explain.. I really like the bubble window thing when you mouse over a picture or hyperlink an expandable window opens up eg.

can someone please tell me what this plugin is called and how to propagate it onto my page?

The tool tips on rocket theme are RokTips, however, I don't think it's a plugin that's available. There are many extensions that can do this. Have a look at the Joomla Extension database here:

You could also use a JS solution called OverLib: www.bosrup.com/web/overlib/
