Hi,
One of my clients got Verio (shared cheapo LINUX plan). Joomla installed fine but I cannot install any apps NOR use Joomlapack. I get opendir errors and other stuff. Is anyone aware of this or how to wrok it out? I am going to call support. They will probably tell me to upgrade, however my friend who does reseller hosting with them also has this problem. In addition, I am unable to CHMOD directories outside of their control panel (get info from FTP, etc).
What bugs me is that even the cheapo GODADDY doesn't have these issues.
If anyone has dealt with this and had it solved, your input would be greatly appreciate.
