Moving a Joomla site

Right, I am in the proces of moving a couple of sites from one host to another.
I have backup copies of all the sites and databases.
Could someone give me a brief summary of what I need to do with regards to Joomla and moving it, or at least put me in the right direction?

- The site I moved wasn't very big, so it might be a little more time consuming for you, but all I did was import the new databases on the new host and FTP all the files over. From there, edit the config.php file to reflect any changes in your new host's file path and database settings. Then change the DNS records and you should be fine.

I actually just checked the blog on here and realised that they put up a step by step guide of what they did. :-[
