RocketTheme Blog - Logo Question

Hey RocketThemers:
I'm trying to mess with the logo on the template of Rockettheme's blog, http://blog.rockettheme.com/
Mine is the same WordPress template.
Can you guys tell me what file I should change if I want to create a logo like how Andy did on Rockettheme's blog?
Also how big can my logo be? I'd like it a bit larger than the logo on Rockettheme's blog. Thanks for your help.

Dave: Thanks. Yeah Thomas designed 2 logos for me already for my old site and I love them.
damo & GollumX: Thanks guys. Ok, favicon added. It's the kanji character "hito" which means human beings or people.

Windows users: Can you guys do me a favor and take a screenshot of my site,

. I know browsershots.org does it but I want to see how the logo and banner look on IE 5.5 and IE 6.0.
