    can't edit/save articles. page goes blank

    • After updating an article using the default editor, I attempt to save. However, when I click save, the page turns white and the changes are not saved. Using J1.5.15. Also, it seems to act this way whether accessing the editor from the front end or the back end. Anyone encountered this? Any resolution? Please help. Searched forum but haven't found an answer. Thanks in advance.

    • update: I moved this site to another host (from siteground to media temple).

      the problem still occurred. then i changed the php settings from media temple's default php4 to php5 and it seems to have resolved the issue. thanks.

      Btw, i find it odd that some hosts still has PHP4 as default...
