      I noticed it in my referrers list yesterday...normally I'm happy for customers to leave the logo in place but looking at the dodgyness of this site I think I'll make an exception in this case :D

    • You might want to think about amending your terms and conditions to include something like this:

      Although ToolBox Creations does not discriminate against customers based on content, we do ask that users whose sites have controversial content (anything that, as a movie, would get an 'R' rating or worse) remove the ToolBox Creations branding.

      I'm not a lawyer, and I am sure that disclaimer could be amplified on, but I suspect that something like that would prevent at least some future headaches of the same sort.
