We used RocketTheme templates to develop a Wordpress site and a Joomla site. We have several other clients looking for a custom CMS integration with our proprietary barter application. I don't know which platform to recommend to them: Wordpress or Joomla.
Which is an easier install, easier to configure and easier to add and manage plug-ins?
Which provides more flexibility with adding external elements, login boxes, database content, etc.
Which is easier to manage, use and is more intuitive for non-techie users?
Any input or opinions would be appreciated. Thanks!

- Best way I think is to try and build the same site using both and seeing which you prefer and which will suit certain scenarios that the other one wouldn't, and then you can use that knowledge on future projects.
