Actually I'm too busy and can't accept any more projects for another two weeks at least.
Joseph, if you haven't found someone already, do a search through the members list and PM these RT heroes(in alphabetical order):
Arifin
Dan L
Thomas
Youyou
they would probably whup my ass in a template modification competition anyway ;D
(names off the top of my head) there are other great freelancers here.

all that said, template modification isn't as difficult as some newbies would believe. Check out the tutorials mentioned above. Also, the newer RT templates sport well commented CSS files so it isn't too hard to do a find and edit/replace modification.
