How to let the users tag on Joomlasites

Does anyone one if it's possible to let the users of a Joomlasite, tag the content?
Like......if they read an article......and want to put certain tags to the artcle in order to categorize/describe it.
If you don't know what tagging is, perhaps have at look at Wiki: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tags
