A tipping point auction componet for Joomla?

Hello Everyone,
Does anyone know of a component for Joomla that would function as an auction type store, much like the groupon site? The tipping point is in reference to the ability of having a number of users purchasing a fixed priced coupon that would close once the threshold number of purchases are met.

Hi Leland,
I'm working on a project like this but my issue is the payment setup. Groupons big selling point is that no one gets charged anything until the deal tips.
In order to do this correctly and be pci compliant CC numbers have to be in a third party e-vault and held until the deal tips. When the tipping trigger activates then the cc's are charged. Without this setup any groupon module is going to cost tons in cc fees, not be pci compliant and be a turn off to customers.
I'm stuck here - the trigger. I don't have the funds to create the relationship with the merchant services provider. Let me know if you have an option for this maybe we can work together and come up with a solution.

How far along are you? At any rate, I will do some checking with some merchant providers to see what is out there in the way of charges.

Thanks Namsul2, but the component I am looking for is one that will store a group of credit card purchases upon going through the buy process, and then release them once a "tipping point" is reached; like when 50 purchases is reached this will result in all the 50 purchasers cc's now being pushed out to the merchant cc vendor who actually administers the cc purchases.
