    • really simple and stupid question, I'm having problems setting up the read more link in an article, how do you do it?

      I suppose it would be just as easy to use the following code <a href="your_link" class="readon">Read More...</a>

      However, I was hoping to utilize the read more that is built into J1.5 itself

    • The read more that J! uses is only in specific locations. Whenever you have an article that has the <hr class='read-more'> (you can see it at the bottom of the editor) it uses the upper part as an intro text to the article. The intro part will be shown in categorie blog, frontpage and the likes. At the spot of the <hr> J! will automaticly make a read more button.

    • I am actually using the read more link in JCE, very simple to use and very effective. Every time I clicked on the read more in Joomla itself, it took me back to the control panel.
