I was not sure about the subject so I picked the closest thing I could to what I need to ask.
My partner would like a site that has multiple tabs for such as http://arstechnica.com/
So one would have for and example like ARS has.-
* All * Apple
* Business
* Gadgets
* Gaming
* Microsoft
* Open Source
* Science
* Tech Policy
It is more than likely stareing me in the face. But any suggestions on sites or forum posts on how this is accomplished. - Yes I am dyslexic but does not mean that I am slow or can not read or write, just takes me a bit longer than most.

I do not think I have explained myself properly.
What I am trying to work out is multiple sections I will add a shot here of the BBC's site
At the top of the BBC page are different sections
This image is hidden for guests.
Please log in or register to see it.
So when you click on each section news etc you would get what would virtually be a frontpage for each section. Or as rocketheme does here with the different sections for the different projects Drupal,Joomla,Wordpress etc.

- You can accomplish this by setting each menu item as a blog layout and then assign it to display only a certain section or category.
