The only reason I joined the Joomla Template Club (about 5 minutes ago) is so that I can use the Entropy template on a website. Whenever I click the download link I get forwarded to a "renewal" page. It appears however that I am able to download other templates, ones that I'm not interested in.
Hello,

Thanks and welcome to the club. I look forward to getting to know you in the forum
David can you try logging off and back on? This usually fixes any temporary access issues. If that doesn't work I can dig in further for you. Sorry for the inconvenience.
I tried logging into the website and downloading the template again in IE9 and failed again. After you told me about your successful attenpt to DL it from my account, I tried it with Firefox and it worked well. It appears your product manager (or however you manage subscriptions) may have a slight problem with IE9.
Just thought you should know and thanks for your help,
Dave
We've just spent 3 hours trying to debug this problem. First we had no problem, then we did, but ONLY in IE9 (worked fine with Chrome, Safari, Firefox, IE7, IE8, etc) and only in the Entropy folder and also clicking "Club" in the folder path. After several retries of various things, I cleaned the browser history of IE9, and it suddenly started working for everything.
My hunch is that there is some very weird session caching going on IE9 that is causing problems. If you have this issue in the future, clear your browser history and try again. Or better yet, use another browser, I strongly suggest Chrome
