Speeding up BentoBox

I'm running BentoBox and I think it's way to slow to go live. I have no heavy pics yet.
What cab I do to speed it up ?

Hello Joakim,
You can install the Cache accelerator from Joomlatwork.com if you want to really speed your site. I'm using it with my last site and I love it! If you are interested, read carefully the FAQ for this component before purchase.
Moreover, I must tell the support from joomlatwork is the best I ever seen around.

I'll take a look at it, but I still think it's something wrong as it takes about 10 seconds to see the frontpage...
