Is Jakub seriously the only person on Rockettheme qualified to comment on the RokGallery under Wordpress?

My membership will have started and expired before this error is fixed.
Having met ALL requirements listed,
with no conflicting 3rd party (or support for) third party add ons,
where does the buck stop?
I realise your refunds disclaimer basically reads that you don't give them, but as regards statutory rights, I paid for a service (rokgallery) and I'm not getting it.
Thanks to your yesterdays post I was able to replicate the issue and I know what's causing the issue. I have passed the information to the RokGallery developer and it's going to get checked today for an solution.

I just updated the files on your FTP with the fix for your issue. Please try them, the first image in your RokGallery widget should now link to the post "History of the Settlements and Outposts". The fixe will get of course included in the next RokGallery update.

I am now having the same problems described above with a Radiance template for WordPress. I reinstalled the RokCommon plugin. I was able to uploade about 100 pics. I started adding tags to the photos and it worked. Then I tried to upload one pic and received the JSON error in the process of uploading. I can go back and try re-installing the RokCommon plugin, but would like to know if this is going to be fixed anytime soon. It's a beautiful plugin and I'm loving the display and ease of use....of which is why I want it to work so badly! My site is
